How to book?
Yes. Everything you share in counselling is treated with strict confidentiality. This means your personal information, discussions, and session notes are kept private and secure.
The only exceptions occur when there is a legal or ethical obligation to disclose information — for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. In such rare cases, I will always aim to discuss this with you before any information is shared.
Confidentiality is the foundation of a safe and trusting counselling relationship, and I take it very seriously.

Sessions are held online, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space. Whether it’s your first time seeking counselling or you’re returning for continued support, the process is confidential, straightforward, and designed to meet you where you are.

My counselling sessions are offered at a rate that reflects both accessibility and professional quality of care. Standard online sessions are typically $155 NZD per 50-minute session, with concession rates available for students, low-income clients, or those experiencing financial hardship.
